Information We Collect

TruckTracker may collect:

• Phone number for sign-in and account access.
• Trip details such as stops, truck and trailer numbers, trip status, expenses, and mileage records.
• Documents and receipts uploaded or scanned by the user.
• Approximate or precise location when location features are enabled.
• Device, crash, diagnostic, and performance data used to operate and improve the app.

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• Provide the digital trip report workflow.
• Sync trip records with the dispatch and admin portal.
• Store trip documents and receipts.
• Help drivers and administrators resolve support issues.
• Monitor reliability, crashes, and application performance.

Sharing

Trip and document data may be visible to the company or organization associated with the driver's account. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers that process data on our behalf include:

• Google: The Gemini API processes scanned document and receipt images for an automated legibility check. Images are used only for this check. Google Maps and geocoding process location coordinates and addresses for address autofill and mileage calculations.
• Sentry: Processes crash reports, session replay with masking, and performance data linked to your account.
• Twilio: Processes your phone number to deliver and verify SMS sign-in codes.

Data Retention

Trip, document, account, and diagnostic records are retained as needed to provide the service, support customer operations, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time in the app by going to Profile → Delete Account. Deleting your account immediately removes your login and profile and permanently deletes your personal workspace data, including trips, documents, expenses, and location history.

Records that belong to an organization workspace are retained by that organization. You can also request account deletion by emailing us at the contact address below.

User Choices

You can control camera and location permissions through your device settings. Disabling permissions may limit scanning, stop logging, and mileage features.
