Acceptance of Terms
By using TruckTracker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. TruckTracker is operated by Athanir Technologies LLC ("we", "us").
Description of Service
TruckTracker provides digital trip reporting for drivers and fleets, including trip and stop logging, document and receipt scanning, expense tracking, mileage records, and a dispatch/admin portal for organizations.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access accounts or data that do not belong to you, interfering with the operation of the service, uploading unlawful content, or using the service in violation of applicable law.
User Content
You (or the organization you belong to) retain ownership of the content you submit, such as trip records, documents, and receipts. You grant us a license to host, store, and process that content as needed to provide the service.
Organization Data
Records created within an organization workspace are controlled by that organization. Organization administrators may view, manage, and retain those records in accordance with their own policies.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TruckTracker is a record-keeping tool and is not a substitute for your own legal, regulatory, or DOT compliance obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athanir Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You can delete your account from within the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
